Job Description, Responsibilities• Coordinate day-to-day activities, correspondence via phone, fax, and e-mail, and greeting/helping visitors.• Provide assistant support to Global CMD Director Enterprise (e.g., travel support/coordination, presentation preparation, filing, meeting arrangements, expense reports …).• Arranges travel schedules and reservations.• Support the CMD Managers in coordinating meetings, events etc.• Provide sales related reports and analysis out of and related finance tools.• Generate and update Powerpoint decks and reports which have to be done on a weekly and monthly basis (weekly reports, regular business reviews, …)• Assist on special projects within the team.• Coordinates meetings/workshops, identifies and set up facilities and may take minutes.• Assist out-of-town colleagues with logistics and language support.• Organizes and maintains file systems by using MS Office, MS Sharepoint filing correspondence, reports and other records• Compiles statistical reports.• Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence • Excellent PC Skills (MS Office, Sharepoint, Lync…) • Creative• Well Organized• Flexibly Manages Multiple Priorities• High Sense of Urgency• Proactive and action orientated• Team Player • ability to build up and maintain internal networks• Strong Communication Skills• Fluent German & English• French helpfulExperience• 5+ years in such a position assisting senior managers• 10+ years background in admin support / sales support roles• Background in IT industry or Consulting business
