Towers Watson is looking for a Consultant Rewards As a Rewards Consultant, you will be expected to nurture the business network nationally and across various business lines. You will plan, design and implement rewards and incentive programs for existing and new clients. You will work directly with managers and executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop compensation and reward strategies that facilitate achievement of business and human capital strategies. Performance Objectives Excellence Provide valued-added consulting expertise on large sophisticated projects Develop diverse compensation structures, competitive base pay and incentive approaches that provide seamless delivery of global solutions for our clients Collaborate and contribute to the development, design and implementation of employee compensation programs that include total rewards strategy, pay philosophy, competitive benchmarking, pay analyses, and short term incentive plans Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches   People Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels Serve as mentor to project team associates Serve as the day-to-day project lead, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client’s broader business issues   Clients Deliver superior, consistent project management for multiple, marquee clients Develop a trusted advisor relationship with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to Senior Consultants and Client Relationship Managers Directly contribute to clients’ success through applying technical expertise   Financial Meet revenue and billable hour goals as described by manager Support the generation of new business as part of the broader team Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships Strong subject-matter expertise in compensation, including the areas of Job Evaluation, grade structuring, salary structuring and short-term incentive programs The segment Talent& Rewards comprises practices in executive compensation, rewards and performance management, communication, talent management, sales force effectiveness and rewards, change management, organizational effectiveness and HR function strategy and service delivery. The Rewards practice provides the strategy, design and execution support for pay and other reward programs to help clients optimize their rewards spent and ensure their programs drive the behaviours and performance required to meet key business goals. Within this practice, our sales effectiveness and rewards service line focuses on sales force productivity and incentives to drive profitable growth. Our solutions cut across the employment lifecycle, from attracting and deploying talent to managing and rewarding employees’ performance to developing their skills and providing relevant career paths to help retain and engage them over time. Demonstrated hands-on experience with base pay design and short term incentive plans in a broad array of industries Some experience in sales incentive or commission plans will be a plus Demonstrated success or strong evidence to support new business generation Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills An executive presence with polished and well developed oral and written communication skills Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity Strong analytical and creative skills Enjoy training/mentoring junior staff The ability to see the "big picture," leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challenges Working knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word, MS Powerpoint Fluency in Dutch and English Are you interested in this position?
