Facilities & HR Generalist To provide facilities and HR support to the Netherlands operations. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Supports Netherlands Facilities Acts as first line support for all premises related issues Works with external vendors premises are compliant and maintained in a professional, compliant manner Provides general premises and general affairs administration as and when required Assisting on projects as and when required HRIS Support Updates the HRIS with relevant changes and ensures 100% accuracy Runs monthly audits and makes required corrections for the Netherlands Supports Netherlands HR Supports recruitment activities Supports new starters and induction Completion of new hire paper work, including completion of offer letters, sending for references Ensuring IT equipment forms are completed and all required departments are aware of new hire Arranging/booking new hire onto induction program, 6 week and 3 month reviews Sending out probation reminders to Managers and BP’s Provides general administration on ad-hoc basis Assisting on projects as and when required Essential experience and skills required: Previous HR facilities experience – gained ideally in an office management capacity Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and use of databases. HR administration experience preferred. Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to build relationships Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills Able to work and deliver to tight timescales Education / professional qualifications and languages: Degree / relevant office management experience is desirable English and Dutch Any other European languages are desirable How to apply for this career opportunity?
